设计说明：
智能型滤料更换控制系统——时间控制/压差控制系统，这是整个自动卷帘式过滤器的重要部分，通过压差系统来判断滤料是否需要更换，不需进行人为的判断，大大降低了人工操作失误造成的滤料及能源的浪费。具体工作原理是在滤料的进风面及出风面分别设置压差开关的探头，并设定滤料的终阻力。当压差大于或等于设定值时，控制程序发出控制信号使电机开始启动，带动传动装置，将使用过的滤料转至底部，换成干净的滤料。压差值可自行调整。

Intelligent automatic filter media replacement control system- time/pressure difference indicator system. This is the main part of Auto roll filter in which the filter replacement is controlled by pressure difference indicator. This can avoid human error and wastage as well as maintain filter efficiency throughout operation. The working principle involves: Setting up sensors at both the air inlet and outlet filter surfaces. Setting up final pressure drop of filter. When pressure difference exceeds the pre-set final pressure drop value, the control system will send out signal to start up the motor for filter rolling.
